Gaui
Hi, I’m Gaui Emilsson. Born in Iceland and based in Berlin. I graduated from CEU Kolding with a degree in Multimedia Design with emphasis on video production and web design.
My passion for videos, photos and design started at early age when I borrowed my dad’s VCR camera to film whatever that was on my way.
Pilvet
Pilvet is mostly a one man’s operation but from time to time I get assistance from my creative friends and my girlfriend who excels at illustration.
In my free time I can be seen in parks with friends (before Covid of course) sipping on a delicious doppelbock or everyone’s favourite local drink Club Mate. I’m also gaga for ice cream.
Ice cream & music
If I wasn’t being a videographer, photographer, web designer or all the other things I’m passionate about, I probably would own an ice cream parlour. If I would, I could for sure design the website and do promo videos for the store.
My 2nd favourite activity after eating ice cream is writing music as Volcano Victims. Being in a band or working in the creative field is kinda mandatory when you’re Icelandic.
